There is not a single day that I’m not reminded about one of the four pillars of conscious business. One pillar versus the other is not more important than the others. Applying the science of Unified Conscious Development (UCD), I know the four pillars are equal. But this one pillar appears to be a systemic problem for most entrepreneurs today.
Sometimes what you think is a person’s intention hides their truth about this pillar. In other words, a well-intended person can state that they are doing “good” just like you, or want to “help” too…and fool you into thinking they have this pillar nailed down.
The conscious pillar I’m referring to is that of the deepest sense of responsibility.
The lack of operating with this pillar in tact, shows up like:
- not thinking you have a part in a miss-communication,
- not delivering what you promise blaming “them,”
- not realizing your actions have an impact on someone else,
- not giving someone the whole thing they need and only give a part,
- not providing a way for people to own their own power,
- oh, there are so many more, in so many parts of your person and business lives…
Responsibility is something that no one is exempt from. I myself, reflect on this pillar everyday, and am consciously finding more ways to claim responsibility for everything that happens to me and around my business. So should you. Claiming responsibility is one of the fastest ways to knowing what real power means.

This article is fascinating and naturally gets me thinking about responsibility in terms of business and of course all areas of life. I'm searching now for more information about the four pillars of conscious business, that you mentioned. Further, what's the science of Unified Conscious Development? See, now I'm filled with curiosity which craves knowledge and eventually CHANGE.
Here is an interview with Vito about UCD thought you might enjoy this.
